Shipping policy
1. Order processing time
We process orders within X working days of payment being received.
Orders placed at weekends and on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery area
We deliver to the following countries:
Poland
Czech Republic
Slovakia
Hungary
3. Delivery methods
Poland:
DPD courier
DHL courier
InPost courier
InPost Parcel Lockers
Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary:
DPD courier
DHL courier
4. Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is:
Poland: 1–2 working days
Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary: 2–4 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the recipient’s location.
5. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated when placing an order and depend on the chosen delivery method and the country of delivery.
Free delivery:
Applies to orders of 100 PLN or more within Poland
For international orders (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary), free delivery applies to orders of the equivalent of 100 PLN, converted into the local currency at the current exchange rate
6. Order tracking
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
7. Delivery delays
We are not liable for delays resulting from the actions of courier companies, customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather conditions, periods of heavy traffic).
8. Incorrect delivery address
The customer is obliged to provide correct address details. If an incorrect address is provided, delivery times may be extended or the order may be cancelled.
9. Damaged or lost parcels
